Postdoctoral position (R2, R3) in Oligodendrocyte Biology and Parkinson's Disease

The Laboratory Aggregation and Glial Response at ACHUCARRO is seeking a highly motivated and talented Postdoctoral Researcher to investigate the role of oligodendrocytes and glial biology in Parkinson's disease. The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team studying mechanisms of neurodegeneration using complementary in vivo, ex vivo, and human stem cell-based approaches. The project combines mouse models, induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) technologies, organotypic cultures, viral gene delivery, and transcriptomic analyses to understand how oligodendrocytes contribute to disease progression and identify potential therapeutic targets.
