After five intense years as Scientific Director of ACHUCARRO, Dr. Torres Alemán steps down to begin a new chapter, leaving an indelible mark on the center and the field of neurobiology.
Today, we bid farewell to Dr. Ignacio Torres Alemán, a figure whose name is synonymous with the study of insulin peptides in the central nervous system. Throughout his years at ACHUCARRO, Dr. Torres Alemán has bridged the gap between fundamental molecular biology and clinical relevance.
Under his guidance as Scientific Director, ACHUCARRO has expanded its research capabilities and strengthened its position within the global scientific community.
