CHROMATOGRAPHY
Our BIO-RAD Quest 10 Chromatography system allows easy, automated and all-purpose purification of proteins and biomolecules. It has automated 10 ml/min pumps that provide accurate gradients for high-resolution separation of proteins and biomolecules. It also has a wavelength detector with monitoring for high accuracy detection of proteins combined with conductivity measurements. Besides It supports automated sample injection using dedicated loops, fractionated samples can be collected using its specific fraction collector.

ULTRACENTRIFUGE
As from 2024 we count with a HIMAC CP80NX Ultracentrifuge that can take up to 80.000rpm/615.000xg (accuracy, ±10 rpm (1,000 rpm up to maximum), and two rotors, one of them oscilating (P32ST2) and the other fixed (P50A3).
Other technical features:
- Vacuum System: Dual system consisting of a rotary and diffuser pump
- Speed ​​Setting Range: 1,000 rpm up to maximum speed in 100 rpm increments
- Temperature Setting Range: From 0°C to 40°C in 1°C increments (Accuracy: +/- 0.5°C)
