We are recruiting a motivated candidate (Predoctoral researcher, PhD candidate) at Achucarro Basque Center for Neuroscience. The successful candidate will investigate the biological mechanisms underlying the hyperacute phase of ischemic stroke using state-of-the-art experimental models of stroke and advanced neuroimaging technologies, including two-photon microscopy, fiber photometry, in vivo electrophysiology, non-invasive multimodal imaging such as MRI and PET and cellular biology approaches.
The position is expected to start in January 2027.
