In 2024, the BERC centers of Bizkaia, ACHUCARRO, BC3, and BCAM, will organize the first edition of this activity, which we have dubbed “Be Zientzia” (Be Science).

By 2025, four BERC centers (ACHUCARRO, BC3, BCAM, and BCMaterials) will join forces to bring science to a younger audience (more than 200 primary school students).

This science fair is held annually at the Ensanche Building in Bilbao, thanks to the collaboration of Bilbao Ekintza and Bilbao City Council.

Be Zientzia hosts workshops, interactive txokos and scientific demonstrations so that students can learn about the work of different schools of the territory can approach the challenges of neuroscience, climate change, materials and mathematics in a fun and entertaining way.
