  • Operations: Provide day-to-day operational support to streamline project administration.
  • Grant Management: Assist in launching, managing, and tracking calls for proposals across various financing programs.
  • Reporting: Prepare technical and financial reporting justifications for regional and national funding projects.
  • Compliance: Handle administrative requests, documentation management, and formal project resolutions.
  • Financial Tracking: Monitor active research projects and track financial progress, including reviewing budgets, expenditure statements, and reimbursement requests.
  • Personnel and Contract Management: Support the management of contracts and related documentation for personnel hired or otherwise linked to research projects, including the preparation, processing, and follow-up of employment-related documentation.
  • Communication: Serve as an administrative liaison between internal researchers and external funding agencies

  • Schedule: 40 hour per weeks

Elegibility
  • Core Competencies: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently in a multicultural environment.
  • Languages: English fluency is highly valued; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
  • Preferred Experience:
    • Prior experience in administrative or project management roles, ideally within an R&D or academic setting.
    • Training or experience in project management frameworks or advanced management models.
