The Laboratory of Glial Cell Biology in Health and Disease is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic predoctoral researcher passionate about science, and willing to learn, to join our research team to study the role of neddylation in glial cell biology, with a focus on both physiological processes and pathological conditions of the central nervous system. The successful candidate will investigate how the post-translational modification neddylation regulates glial cell function, and how its dysregulation contributes to neurological diseases such as multiple sclerosis.
The successful candidate will join the research group under the supervision of Dr. Izaskun Buendia Abaitua and enroll in the PhD program in Neuroscience at the University of the Basque Country (EHU).
