CellShaper v5.1 | March 2019

CellShaper is a pack of ImageJ macros developed to analyze the morphology of hippocampal stem cells. 

CellShaper  is based on the open source image analysis software Fiji, a distribution of ImageJ v1.51 
(https://fiji.sc/) and requires installing the ImageJ plugins contained in the "Plugins" folder.

CellShaper  has been developed as a user-friendly, step-by-step protocol for the analysis of the morphology of hippocampal stem cells. 
CellShaper includes macros for cell selection (M1_CellShaper), and morphology analysis (M2_CellShaper).
