shinyCurves, a free shiny web application to analyze multisource qPCR amplification data

An interdisciplinary group of researchers, among them our colleague José Ramón Pineda Martí from ACHUCARRO, led by José Ramón Bilbao and Nora Fernandez-Jimenez from the department of Genetics of the UPV/EHU developed an altruistic work during the pandemic to help in the analysis of PCR data. The result is ShinyCurves, an on-line automated web application to analyze multisource qPCR amplification data from multi-plate and multi-platform formats.
ShinyCurves does not require any programming experience and according to a number of user-defined settings is able to call samples Positive, Negative or Undetermined and provide a complete set of melting and amplification curve plots for the visual inspection of results.
The scientific journal BMC Bioinformatics has just published an article about this open and free software tool.
